Vendor Upgrades:
We do not give any refunds, returns or exchanges for vendor upgrades. Vendors upgrade at their own risk and assume all responsibility with regard to upgrading their listing. Billing is yearly via paypal subscriptions. A vendor may cancel their upgrade advertising at anytime, however, be advised that there is no refund for the prorated difference of an unused portion of advertising time. All upgrades are the sole responsibility of the vendor. We do not guarantee any amount of traffic or click throughs. By upgrading your account and sending us money via paypal, the vendor agrees to all of the terms and conditions set forth by this Terms of Use.
PayPal Subscriptions
Vendor listings are paid for via PayPal subscriptions [pps]. Your pps MUST remain active in order for your listing to be published on YPB. If we receive notice of your pps cancellation, your listing and associated upgrades will cease. Listings will automatically renew at the same rate, at the end of your cycle. Should you wish to cancel your listing, please do so one week before the listing is set to renew. You do this by logging into your Paypal account. It's the vendors responsibility to keep track of their pps and when they renew. No notice of renewal will be sent prior to pps automatic renewal. In the event that a vendor disputes an amount charged on an automatic renewal, the listing associated with that dispute will immediately be deleted from the website until such time as the outcome of the dispute is concluded.
Cancellations
You may cancel your paypal subscription at any time. Your listing will remain for the duration of what you have paid thus far. Monthly programs and considered month to month and may cancel at any time before the re-occuring charge takes place. Once a charge occurs in Paypal it is our policy NOT to refund but to have the listing remain for that duration.
