Once you get a ring, you need to set a date for your wedding. Brides will have to determine what time of the year for the wedding to take place. Some brides may choose ‘off-peak’ seasons and also choose a weekday or Sunday to get married. For many brides, it’s the availability of the locations they want that will determine the wedding date.

Venus and Mars. Yep, there may be some conflict here so it’s important to include the groom right from the beginning. Men will often complain when it comes to spending money. The opposite side of this coin is that Woman LOVE TO SHOP. This results in two heads, being better than one! Often, the groom (or bride if the situation is reverse) can raise issues and offer an alternative view of whatever situation presents itself.

As the wedding day approaches, you will find that things will get much more stressful. This is the time when you need to take even better care of yourself by getting some pampering by your local or getaway SPA. Set up weekly message therapy sessions. If you work out, spend more time at the gym. Weeks before the wedding, cut back (or eliminate?) the caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. We’ve spoken to many a bride who did not sleep the night prior to the wedding and many times it was due to consuming too much of the above!
